TechCrunch, Aug 20, 2026Tesla lists Austin, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Orlando and Tampa as "Ramping Unsupervised", the SF Bay Area as "Safety Driver", and Phoenix and Las Vegas as "Preparations Underway". It says engineering test drives of production Cybercabs began on public roads and employee Cybercab rides began at Giga Texas in July.
